Well what is new? We went to Byron Bay for two nights and it ended up pouring rain the entire time. Man it sucked. We decided that we would still walk up to the lighthouse and when we started it was just drizzling…then it started to pour. We got soaked for two hours straight. And I had an umbrella, but it lasted about 5 minutes until it broke. We ended up walking in a circle in some cove and found a hotel and had to call a taxi cab. The rest of the time we just hung out in the hostel. Want to go back when it is actually sunny out so we can enjoy the beaches. We also moved houses as out lease was up and we wanted to get a one bedroom so we got a place on Paradise Island in the Paradise Island Resort. So much better, we have our own washer and dryer and a bathtub…the best thing ever!!!! Other then that not much else is new. A bunch of friends from the Hard Rock and I rented a BBQ pontoon and hung out on the canals all day in the sun and got a massive sunburn. Ouch!!!! Now just getting ready for my mom and aunt to come and head up to Carins. Man do we need a holiday!!!!!

We went whale watching today. It was so amazing!!!!! We set out to watch some humpback whales in action. In the first five minutes on the ocean we saw a whale from a distance. While going farther out to watch more, we saw some dolphins that came right up to the boat. While we were heading out, the water was getting rough and my stomach turned on me and I actually ended up getting sea sick…it sucked so much, had to sit down for the rest of cruise. But I still saw some amazing things. We saw a humpback whale jump right in the air for us. They were playing and came about 1 meter away from the boat…..WOW!!!!!! Such a good day. What else is new…saw the new Harry Potter movie the day it came out….sooo good !!!!!! Am just waiting for the book to come out on Saturday…Also went and saw Transformers…so good as well…cant get over how good it was!!!! Other than that we have just been working and hanging out. So what is new in my life…well in case you noticed, I am not coming home now until next March. I really like it here and decided not to waste me work visa. I know you are all sad…but it will come soon enough…hehe…have not been doing much…went out to Movieworld when Tristan came to visit…was really fun except for the part that Greg had tonsillitis and was not feeling well…needless to say he is feeling better now and is back to his normal self…other than that we have not been doin much…just hanging out with friends and relaxing…I have a confession to make though…I wore a scarf the other day…I know you are all in shock...but it actually does get kind of cold here…not cold like back home but cold enough to not want to go to the beach in my bikini…well I better run…miss you all and if you are ever bored…come and visit!!!
