hanging out at Winnies, a local bar and the roof opens up...how cool is that...some guy, Sophie (another intern) and her friends Michelle and Gemma

So I have made it through another week here in Queenstown, although it feels as though I have been here forever...havn't decided if that is a good thing or not. The thing I miss the most and am craving is Iced Tea...the fake sugar stuff, none of this real tea crap...good thing I have parents that will send it too me. Another thing is Quizznos...for those of you who know how much I love it...imagine i have not had it in 4 weeks!!! Going crazy for it. Anyway so the other day at work, the kitchen boys told me that the soup was a mushroom soup made with perri wapu mushrooms...what are those you ask...well they are Mauri mushrooms...or so I thought as that is what they told me. I went around all night to my tables and told them this...most of them being tourists believed me, and I did get a few strange looks. At one point, being that the kitchen is open, I notieced all the boys laughing at me while I was at a table, I just thought I was saying something wrong, but later on thanks to an honest friend I learned these mushrooms are not even real. Yeah. Not imptressed. Oh well. There is a another new girl from England doing the same internship, her name is Katielyn, and we pretty much hang out whenever we can. It is nice to have someone who I get along with really well and can spend all my time with and not get sick of each other. So we discovered a place that everyone else in Wueenstown already knew about. The best place for burgers afte the bar and let me tell you for $10 you are getting half a cow i swear. It is called Fergbuger and if any one makes it here I will take you there. It is open all day and night. Amazing!!!!! Anyway, that is my life so far. Nothing exciting, and all the snow is melting ahhhh. Now as much as I hate snow, if we don't get any, work is gonna be slow so everyone prey for snow. Talk to you all Later
